White's Elixirs is a Nashville cocktail mixer company built on one conviction: a great cocktail is mostly balance, and balance can be bottled. We make small-batch mixers from real ingredients. Real lime, real ginger root, real grapefruit, pure cane sugar, no fake syrup, no neon. Add your spirit and you have the cocktail. Add soda water instead and you have the mocktail. Same bottle, both ways, your call.

The lineup runs ten deep: Old Fashioned, Paloma, Moscow Mule, Whiskey Sour, Fresh Margarita, Spicy Margarita, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Mint Julep, and Simple Syrup. Every recipe we publish, boozy or booze-free, lives on the blog and in our two homes for it, Cocktail Mania and Mocktail Mania.

White's is run by its founder, Brad White. When he isn't bottling mixers or defending correct muddling technique, he's running CFB Basecamp, his independent college football site that ranks every week's games by how badly you need to see them. Balance in a glass, chaos on Saturdays.
